    Terra-Sorb is a potassium-based copolymer gel that significantly increases the water-holding capacity of soil. It absorbs up to  150 times its weight in water and slowly releases it to nearby plant roots. Terra-Sorb will repeatedly absorb and release water for several years, until it biodegrades naturally. By gelling with dilute solutions of fertilizer, Terra-Sorb can also act as a fertilizer carrier.

      Terra-Sorb planting gel

      I had used it twenty years ago. I found it in small containers locally. I haven't seen it for awhile until I saw online where a daylily farmer posted a picture of the bag. I have a couple of thousand flowering plants that I have difficulty keeping watered at age 80. I am excited that this may help me during dry weather.
