Heavy Duty Root Feeder
For use with JD-9 or MD-9 Spray Gun. To attach, remove nozzle and tip from spray gun to thread onto Root feeder.
- Chrome-plated adjustable handle and foot plate.
- Heavy-duty steel pipe (schedule 80) construction.
- Pressure root-feed from 5cm to 25cm deep.
- 2-hole tip included, 3-hole or 4-hole tip optional.
- 2-hole tip allow up to 3 GPM volume to pass through.
- 3-hole tip increases your possible volume to 4 GPM.
- Maximum pressure 1000 PSI.
The Heavy Duty Root Feeder is designed specifically for subsurface pesticide applications of liquid pesticides at high pressure, placing the chemical into the feeding zone of the soil-inhabited insects. The root feeder comes complete with a tee handle and adjustable foot plate to make your application of fertiliser and other deep-root applicable materials easy and accurate. Can also be used for high-pressure liquid-injection aerification. The high-pressure lance can inject streams of water 4 to 10 inches deep into the turf and loosen soil.
